Job description for Finance, Accounting, and Tax Intern at Magna Labo Industri
Job Description
• Record daily petty cash transactions accurately.
• Collect petty cash receipts and invoices, and record accounts payable (AP) invoices in the accounting system (SAP).
• Organize and maintain records of bank expenditures and petty cash receipts.
• Collect and archive Purchase Orders (PO), Purchase Requests (PR), and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) forms.
• Assist with daily finance, accounting, and tax administration activities.
• Assist in preparing and organizing financial and tax-related documents.
• Verify transaction details and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Finance, Accounting, and Tax team.
Requirements:
• Final-year student or fresh graduate with a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting / Finance.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
• Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and honesty.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, basic data processing, and accounting software such as Accurate or similar applications.
• Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
• Willing to work full-time on-site (WFO) at Joglo, West Jakarta.
• Willing to do occasional visits to our factory in Gunung Sindur, Bogor, as needed
