Job description for Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Supervisor at PT Asa Kreasi Interasia
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Supervise daily finance, accounting, and tax activities.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and payment processes.
- Review financial transactions, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
- Prepare and review accurate and timely financial and management reports.
- Ensure tax calculation, reporting, and compliance are properly managed.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Lead and support the finance team to ensure effective and efficient operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting or ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently and meet deadlines.
