Finance Accounting & Tax Department Head
We are looking for an experienced Finance Accounting & Tax Department Head to lead and oversee the company’s Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Procurement functions. This role will play a strategic part in ensuring strong financial management, accurate reporting, tax compliance, effective internal controls, and sustainable business profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial management, cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Oversee accounting processes, monthly/yearly closing, and consolidated financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with PSAK and applicable Indonesian tax regulations.
- Lead tax planning, tax reporting, and tax audits.
- Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and corporate governance.
- Monitor AR/AP management and financial performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments, C-Level management, banks, auditors, tax authorities, and external consultants.
- Lead and evaluate the performance of the Finance Accounting & Tax team.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance Management, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax.
- Brevet A & B certification is mandatory; Brevet C is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficient in ERP systems (especially Accurate) and Advanced Microsoft Excel, including Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Financial Modeling.
- Strong leadership, analytical, attention to detail, integrity, and interpersonal communication skills.
