Job description for Finance Account Receivable at PT AGRO KENCANA FOOD

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

Memproses penagihan piutang
Pengelolaan aging report & outstanding receivable
Pembuatan invoice, memverifikasi kelengkapan dokumen (PO, DO, faktur pajak)
Rekonsiliasi pembayaran di sistem & penyelesaian selisih

Kualifikasi & Persyaratan

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Akuntansi, Keuangan
Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel ( VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
Memahami sistem Accounting/ERP (SAP, Accurate, Oracle, atau sejenisnya menjadi nilai tambah)
Memahami proses reconciliation, aging schedule, serta follow-up piutang yang jatuh tempo
Teliti, rapi, dan detail oriented
