Job description for Finance Account Payable at PT Rahman Makmur Sejahtera
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Account Payable/Finance/Accounting, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of AP processes, invoice verification, payment processing, vendor reconciliation, and AP aging.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software/ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, organized, and able to work with deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to placement in Matraman, East Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily Account Payable transactions, including invoice verification, recording, and payment processing.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and AP aging according to payment terms.
- Reconcile vendor balances and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, vendors, and internal departments regarding AP matters.
- Maintain complete and accurate AP documentation.
- Assist with monthly closing, tax documentation, reporting, and audit requirements.
- Ensure AP processes comply with company policies and internal controls.
