Job description for Finance (Account Payable) at GEOTEKINDO (Geoharbour Group)

RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW:
- Manage and monitor the company's petty cash transactions, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation.
- Process employee expense reimbursements by reviewing supporting documents and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Handle internet banking transactions, including vendor payments and fund transfers, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare and process Accounts Payable (AP) payments in accordance with approved payment schedules.
- Verify invoices and supporting documents prior to payment processing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of payment records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding payment status and required documentation.
- Ensure all payment transactions are recorded accurately and comply with company financial procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. D3 in Economics, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
- Fluent in English is a must
- Conversational Mandarin skills will be an advantage
- Preferably have 1-2 years experience as Account Payable (Fresh Graduate with internship experience are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Willing to work at PIK, North Jakarta (Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM WIB)
