Job description for Field Technician (Internet Instalation & Maintenance) at PERSEROAN TERBATAS - BADAN STEP POINT INDONESIA

KUALIFIKASI:

- Minimal lulusan SMA/SMK sederajat

- Memiliki sim C aktif

- Memahami pengoperasioan splicer, OPM, OFI, OTDR, dan alat kerja lapangan

- Mampu berkomunikasi secara jelas dan baik serta mengedukasi pelanggan dalam mengoperasikan internet di rumah

- Bersedia bekerja sesuai dengan tiket/work order yang ada

- Memiliki sepeda motor yang dapat digunakan untuk operasional di lapangan

URAIAN PEKERJAAN:

- Melakukan instalalasi dan aktivasi internet di rumah customer

- Melakukan pengecekan dan perbaikan Trouble Ticket (TT) di rumah customer

- Membuat laporan penggunaan material dan pekerjaan untuk setiap WO/TT yang dikerjakan
