Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Technical Support at majoo Indonesia located in Batam. The Field Technical Support will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving technical problems in the field.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Analytical Skills
  • Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in providing technical support in a field environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
