Job description for Field Sales Executive at Aramex Indonesia

We are currently looking for an experienced International Express Field Sales representative. The ideal candidate should be driven, passionate, and have a start-up company mentality, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Develop new business opportunities and manage existing clients.

- Coordinate and follow up on sales leads.

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and potential clients.

- Negotiate contracts with potential clients.

- Prepare sales reports and forecast future sales trends.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years experience in the International Express industry.

- Proven experience in field sales.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

- Ability to build rapport with clients quickly.

- Good organizational and multi-tasking skills.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements.

- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
