Job Desc.

1. Bertanggung jawab membentuk & mempersiapkan team sesuai dengan spec proyek

2. Bertanggung jawab menjalankan proyek sesuai dengan ketentuan dan SOP

3. Bertanggung jawab dalam kelengkapan laporan dan evidence pekerjaan lapangan

4. Bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan evaluasi team proyek setelah proyek selesai

5. Bertanggung jawab memastikan pembayaran team proyek dibayarkan secara tepat waktu

6. Bertanggung jawab dalam pengembangan tim, baik hard skill dan soft skill

Requirements.

Pria & wanita min. 25 tahun max. 35 tahun.
Minimal pendidikan S1
Freshgraduate dipersilahkan melamar, dengan pengalaman yang relevan menjadi nilai plus.
Kemampuan berkomunikasi dengan baik
Kemampuan bekerja dalam team (teamwork)
Memiliki keterampilan interpersonal yang tinggi
Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office
Memiliki Relasi yang tinggi
Memiliki pengalaman mengelola proyek marketing research dengan metode kuantitatif (Wawancara tatap muka, Telesurvey, Central Location Test, Home Visit) dan kualitatif (In-depth interview, Focus Group Discussion, Mystery Shopping) menjadi nilai tambah
