Job description for Field Operation Paintball at PT. Innovative Spirit Sports
- Fluent in English
- Maintaining, assuring the functionality of the Paintball field , Storage, Storage Management, procurement (Stock), Paintball guns, Compressor including repairs, inventory list.
- Assuring functionality of the Air supply including maintenance.
- Always having enough functional guns ready for the booking including spare guns in case a customer cannot play, Maintaining, Creating and Fixing the Paintball Fields, Protection Netting , Entrance, Repair and Build Obstacles, Buying required materials for work running payments through the Receptionist/Administrator.
- Bringing Guns from Storage to the Field and back.
- Cleaning the Guns and playing Equipment, Customer Instruction on Gun Safety, Rules, Secure Handling as well as surveillance and safety on the field.
- Assisting customers at the Field, Reffing Games.
- Resolving gun problems on the field, Entertaining the customers with positive feedback or advices.
- Offering Memberships for good players and locals /expats, up sales for paintballs and drinks, later food, basic bookkeeping in coordination with the Receptionist for book keeping purposes, additional dynamic adaptation of the business.
- Permanent Update check on Procurement Prices and Material Costs
