Job Description:
- Monitor and supervise freelancers during B2C activation activities across assigned locations.
- Ensure the execution of Web Membership and Wuzz Member activation programs complies with established SOPs and operational standards.
- Guide and support freelancers in educating customers about Parkee products and services.
- Ensure freelancers assist customers (members) throughout the end-to-end activation journey, including
- Downloading and registering the Parkee App.
- Registering and activating Web Membership.
- Completing Membership transactions via the Parkee App.
- Activating and using Wuzz Member.
5. Monitor daily activation performance and ensure activation, registration, and transaction targets are achieved.
6. Coordinate with Account Manager (AM), Area Manager (AM), Building Management (BM), Business Operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth on-site activation activities.
7. Evaluate freelancer performance, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure consistent service quality.
8. Prepare daily and weekly reports on activation performance, operational issues, and improvement recommendations.
9. Act as the on-site PIC for operational issues and customer escalations during activation activities.
10. Ensure all activation materials, devices, and operational tools are available and properly utilized.
