Job description for Field Marketing & Partnership Manager at Glints Talenthub
At Glints, we are building the #1 tech-enabled recruitment and career discovery platform in Southeast Asia that helps people and organizations realize their human potential.
About Glints TalentHub
Glints TalentHub helps businesses hire and manage remote talent without setting up local entities, through Employer of Record (EOR), recruitment and payroll services. Glints TalentHub supports companies hiring across the region and globally.
The Role
Glints TalentHub grows through trust – the brand companies recognise, the rooms they are in and the partners they listen to. This role leads how that engine is built and scaled – setting the partner and event strategy with sales and marketing leadership, building the relationships and programmes behind it, and tying every activity to pipeline and revenue. This is a senior individual contributor role with real autonomy to shape the playbook, supported by a team that depends on this engine for commercial growth.
What You Will Do
- Shape the strategy: set the partner and event strategy with Sales and marketing leadership, choosing priority segments, partners, events and markets, and agreeing clear pipeline goals.
- Own the partner ecosystem: identify, win and nurture channel and event partners (payroll providers, HR-tech platforms, consultants, associations, communities, venues) and build co-marketing, referral and co-sell programmes with them.
- Lead the event programme: plan and deliver hosted dinners, roundtables, sponsored events and trade shows, managing budget, vendors and agencies.
- Drive conversion with sales: align target guest lists, lead handover and follow-up, so events and partners turn into meetings, proposals and closed deals.
- Own our presence in the field: keep brand, message and executive presence consistent across events and partner touchpoints.
- Measure and optimise: track cost per lead, meetings, pipeline and revenue influenced by each partner and event, report to leadership, and move spend to what works.
What We Are Looking For
- 4 to 7 years in field marketing, partner marketing, partnerships or business development, ideally in B2B SaaS, HR tech, FinTech or professional services.
- A track record of running events and partner programmes that generated measurable pipeline, not only attendance.
- A network in, or the ability to quickly build one in, the HR, startup and business communities we serve, including partners, associations and venues.
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders: HR, finance and operations leaders and partner executives.
- Commercial and analytical mindset: comfortable with CRM (HubSpot or similar), attribution and reporting to leadership.
- A self-starter with strategic judgement: you set priorities, make decisions and bring others along.
- Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
- Nice to have: experience in EOR, payroll or HR-tech partnerships.
What You Will Learn And Gain
- Real ownership of the partner and event engine, with a direct line to pipeline and revenue.
- Strategic exposure to sales and leadership, with influence over where we invest.
- Budget and autonomy to test new partners, formats and markets
Working Arrangement:
- On-site in Harbour Bay Area, Batam | Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM
- Glints implements a Bring-Your-Own-Devices policy, meaning the employee is expected to bring your own device for day-to-day work
