Field Integrity Supervisor (Based on Pangandaran dan Pacitan)

PT Bening Big Tree Farms is seeking an experienced Integrity SPV to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will be based in either Pangandaran or Pacitan in West Java. As Integrity SPV, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and maintaining operational standards across our facilities, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. This position is essential to our commitment to excellence and integrity in all aspects of our retail and consumer products operations.

Key responsibilities

1. Monitor and supervise daily operations to ensure adherence to company standards and procedures
2. Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities, equipment, and processes
3. Identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans
4. Maintain detailed records and documentation of inspections, incidents, and corrective measure
5. Report findings and recommendations to senior management on a regular basis
6. Ensure all staff members comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations
7. Provide guidance and training to team members on company policies and procedures
8. Investigate incidents or breaches and implement preventative measures
9. Liaise with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and auditors
10. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational integrity

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in an integrity, compliance, or supervisory role within a manufacturing, retail, or consumer products environment
2. Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to the industry
3. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
4. Demonstrated ability to identify risks and implement effective solutions
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
6. Proficiency in record-keeping and report preparation
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
8. Certification in quality assurance, food safety, or compliance management (preferred)
9. Fluency in Indonesian and English (preferred)
