Job description for Field Engineer at PT Trans Hybrid Communication

- Menangani gangguan teknis dan layanan after-sales di luar jam kerja (after office hours) serta pada akhir pekan (weekend).

- Melakukan pemeliharaan dan penanganan gangguan jaringan backbone antar-data center.

- Memastikan penanganan gangguan dan layanan after-sales sesuai dengan SLA (Service Level Agreement) yang telah ditetapkan.

- Melakukan troubleshooting jaringan Fiber Optic serta penanganan gangguan konektivitas di lapangan.

- Membuat laporan hasil pekerjaan dan penanganan gangguan menggunakan Microsoft Excel, Word, atau PowerPoint.
