Requirement

- Physically and mentally healthy
- Having good communication skills
- Having an understanding of cooperatives and other financial institutions is an added point
Job Description
- Conduct initial analysis for customer necessity
- Establish Communication with Customers during the implementation process
- Analyze the organizational structure and policies imposed by customer business institutions
- Providing the right solutions to improve the quality of services and business performance of the company in achieving company goals
- Conducting System and Application Training directly to the customer
- Provide assistance to customers
- Carrying out BAST processes for customers and customer support
