Persyaratan:
- Minimal Pendidikan Diploma / Sarjana
- Usia maksimal 43 tahun
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Leader Kolektor
- Familiar dengan bidang bisnis FinTech
- Berpengalaman menangani +/- 10 Orang Field Collector
- Bahasa Inggris (Pasif)
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan Manajemen Tim yang baik
- Memahami wilayah Bandung dengan baik
Deskripsi pekerjaan :
- Kelola kinerja tim Collection sesuai target yang telah ditetapkan
- Mengelola, melakukan pembinaan, dan problem solving bagi tim
- Memastikan segala proses dan prosedur dijalan dengan baik dan memastikan tim memahami
- Mendorong produktivitas dan efektivitas tim Tinjau setiap kunjungan Kolektor dan memastikan tidak ada Fraud
