URGENT HIRING – FIELD COLLECTION (DKI JAKARTA)

Reliance Finance (PT Usaha Pembiayaan Reliance Indonesia) is the multi-finance business of Reliance Group, providing financing solutions for both businesses and consumers in Indonesia. The company offers various financing products, including business financing, employee financing, and home/property-related financing. Reliance Finance is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

We are currently looking for a Field Collection professional to join our team in DKI Jakarta.

This role will be responsible for conducting direct visits to customers, following up on overdue payments, communicating payment solutions, verifying customer information, and ensuring timely follow-up on payment commitments. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, resilience, and the ability to work independently in the field while coordinating closely with the internal collection team.

What You'll Do :

• Conduct direct visits to customers to deliver Warning Letters (Surat Peringatan/SP) and follow up on overdue payments within the 1–30 days past due period.
• Communicate with customers regarding their outstanding payments and offer appropriate and acceptable payment solutions.
• Monitor customers' payment commitments and conduct follow-up collection activities according to the agreed schedule.
• Conduct field tracing to locate customers when they cannot be found at their registered residential or workplace address.
• Verify and ensure the accuracy of customer information, including contact numbers and residential addresses.
• Document all collection activities accurately in the collection system and prepare weekly and monthly reports for supervisors.
• Coordinate with the internal Collection team and relevant departments to support the resolution of customer delinquencies.

What We're Looking For :

• Male candidate.
• Maximum 40 years old.
• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) education.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in banking, financing, or the multifinance industry is preferred.
• Must own a personal motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C.
• Experience in handling or managing property-related assets, such as houses, apartments, or land, is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented, resilient, and highly driven in achieving collection targets.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office.
• Available to join in October 2026 is highly preferred.
