Placement: Kebonjati, Klampok, Singosari, Malang Regency, East Java
Staff Qualifications:
- A minimum of a S1 degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in greenhouse cultivation
- Experience in cultivating horticultural crops such as bell peppers preferred, with a background in agriculture-related fields (e.g., Agronomy, Horticulture, etc.)
- Proficiency in operating cultivation environment control systems (e.g., ventilation, irrigation, heating, and cooling systems)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for english.
- Willingness to travel and work in field locations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage crop growth and development
- Identify and manage pests and diseases using sustainable practices.
- Provide guidance and technical advice to staff and farmers on best practices.
- Collect, analyze, and report data on crop performance and environmental factors.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry regulations, and standards.
- Assist with research and development to enhance farming practices and sustainability.
