Job description for FFE Designer & Project Coordinator at PT. UBD Global
Key Responsibilities
- Develop FFE (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) designs and technical specifications based on project requirements and design intent.
- Prepare shop drawings, material specifications, FFE schedules, and basic technical drawings when required.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and production teams to ensure FFE items are manufactured in accordance with approved designs and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, site teams, consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication.
- Attend conference calls, coordination meetings, and project discussions.
- Monitor and track production progress, conduct basic quality control, and oversee delivery and installation to ensure compliance with project standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.
- Conduct site visits to monitor installation progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure work is completed according to the approved design.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation related to FFE activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in FFE, interior design, hospitality, or construction projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites outside Bali when required.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
