Job description for Female Dormitory Teacher (Substitute) at Insan Cendekia Madani
Insan Cendekia Madani Boarding School Development is an Islamic school that has made various strategic steps to nurture talented graduates from noble characters in the teachings of Islam. Now we are looking for a Female Dormitory Teacher (Substitute) with the following qualifications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Female, aged around 25-30 years.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Islamic Education, Tafsir Qur’an, or equivalent.
- Holding a teaching certificate is more likely.
- Minimum two years of teaching experience as a Dormitory Teacher.
- Have memorizing at least 3 Juz of Al-Qur’an.
- Have experience of teaching Islamic Studies (Al-Qur’an, Hadits, Fiqh, Arabic, etc.)
- Proven self-initiative, creative and teamwork spirit with open-minded character.
- Possess strong Islamic characters.
- Fluent in English or Arabic both oral and written will be considered as an advantage.
- Ready to join on October 2026.
- This position is for 3 months' contract (substitute for maternity leave).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide periodic and scheduled counseling to all dormitory students.
- Provide islamic learning, independence, basic skills and other insights to all dormitory students.
- Provide an assessment of each student and report it to their parents.
- Responsible for teaching Al-Qur’an & Hadits for all dormitory students.
- Responsible for student’s independence development and islamic understanding.
- Carry out daily duties as a dormitory teacher.
- Build communication with parents.
- Learn about student’s personal data.
- Others.
