Job description for FEMALE BARISTA at BEL'S HAUS

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum SMA/SMK (Perhotelan/Tata Boga is a plus)
Min. 1 year experience as Barista
Understanding basic knowledge of Coffee (espresso base drink), steaming milk, non coffee drink, latte art is a plus
Understanding beverages taste standard and consistency
Good communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality
Understanding stock & waste record
Well-groomed with a professional appearance
