Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
Lead and brief the service team before each shift.
Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest complaints professionally.
Monitor food and beverage quality, service standards, and table setup.
Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other departments.
Assist in training and developing service staff.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
Support upselling and maximize guest satisfaction.
Prepare shift reports and communicate operational issues to management.
