Job description for FB Supervisor at PT Jangan Lupa Pulang
A food and beverage service supervisor manages the day-to-day operations of food and beverage services in restaurants, bars, at 4 star hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule shifts, train and mentor staff, and monitor performance
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and regularly check customer satisfaction
- Ensure food and drink quality, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure accurate billing and cash handling
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and enforce company policies and procedures
- Implement strategies to improve service quality and profitability, and assist in menu planning
- Communicate updates and expectations to staff, and provide feedback
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to achieve business goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years experience on same position at 4 star hotel
- Proficiency in English
- Strong leadership and customer service oriented
- Familiar with hotel operations and VHP system
- Presentable appearance is essential for this role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work shifting on Yogyakarta
