The role of Waitress & Waiter and FB Service Catering involves providing exceptional service to guests in a variety of dining settings, including Western, Chinese, Barbecue, and other restaurant formats. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, and ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience for all customers. Additionally, the candidate will assist with administrative tasks such as managing reservations, updating records, and supporting the front-of-house operations. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential for this position.
Candidates must have an Associate Degree or equivalent education and between 3 to 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in restaurant or catering roles. Proficiency in Chinese, Western, and Barbecue restaurant settings is required, along with strong customer service skills. Experience in restaurant reception, administration, and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word are highly desirable.
