We are currently hiring on behalf of one of our valued clients, a 4-star hotel located in the Kaliurang area, Sleman, Yogyakarta, for the position of Food & Beverage Supervisor.
About the Role
As the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and memorable guest experiences. You will lead and develop the F&B team while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department.
- Ensure outstanding guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the F&B team to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with hotel standards.
- Coordinate staff scheduling and daily operational planning.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and cost control.
- Work closely with the Kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an F&B Supervisor in a 4-star or 5-star hotel, boutique hotel, or upscale restaurant.
- Experience using VHP Hotel System is a must.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of restaurant and banquet operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Willing to be based in Sleman, Yogyakarta.
