Job description for FAT Manager at OSACI

Responsibilities
- Lead Finance, Accounting, and Tax operations across multiple entities
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning
- Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with PSAK and regulations
- Oversee tax planning, compliance, and reporting, including PPh and PPN
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
- Establish SOPs, internal controls, and risk management processes
- Coordinate financial and tax audits
- Lead and develop the FAT team
- Manage relationships with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Willing to work on-site in Semarang
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Experience managing multiple entities preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, PSAK, and Indonesian taxation
- Familiar with tax planning, tax and financial audits
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems such as Accurate, Odoo, or Coretax
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High integrity, detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable
