Job description for FAT Manager at ECGO EVMOTO
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee and manage financial reporting, accounting operations, and tax compliance.
2. Prepare and review financial statement in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
3. Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and coordinate with tax authorities (DJP).
4. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision making.
5. Monitoring cash flow, cost control, and financial performance across business units.
6. Lead audit processes and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
7. Develop and implement internal controls, SOP, and financial policies to mitigate risks.
8. Collaborate cross functionally to support business initiatives and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree of Accounting/Finance/related fields
2. Fluent in English; Upper-Intermediate level is highly welcome to apply.
3. Experienced in manufacturing cost accounting
4. Experienced in auditing publicly listed companies
5. Certified in Brevet A, B, and C (an added advantage)
6. Able to operate Accurate system
7. Preferably available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
8. Willing to work Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00) and Saturday half-day (09:00–13:00).
