Job description for FAT Manager at PT Uma Oma Indonesia
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead financial operations
- Develop financial strategies, budgets, and forecasting to support business growth
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and audit management
- Manage team of 7 staff (AR, AP, Admin, Purchasing team)
- Establish KPIs, SOPs, and internal controls for the finance division
- Optimize cash flow, working capital, and profitability
- Drive process improvements and financial system implementation
- Provide strategic financial insights to support CEO decision-making
- Developing and configuring the ESB system
Requirements :
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 5-10 years in finance/accounting with 3-5 years in leadership roles
- Agency or project-based business background highly advantageous
- Tax management background highly preferred
Technical Skills :
- Expert in Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Strong financial analysis and modeling
- Proficient in accounting software
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting tools
- Project-based costing and revenue recognition experience
- Proficient in ESB systems, both ESB system development and settings
