Role Description
The Retail Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Uluwatu supporting the retail arm of Studio Fondue and Fondue Active. This role is responsible for welcoming customers, offering styling guidance, and ensuring a high-quality in-store experience aligned with the brand’s movement and lifestyle ethos. Daily tasks include assisting with product selection, explaining features and fit, processing transactions, handling returns or exchanges, and maintaining accurate inventory. The Retail Assistant will also support visual merchandising, keep the retail space organized and appealing, and provide feedback on customer preferences and trends to the wider team.

- Live in Bali
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Experience, with a genuine interest in helping customers feel confident and supported.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly present product details, care instructions, and styling suggestions.
- Retail Sales and Sales skills, including product knowledge, and upselling in a considerate way.
- Experience or interest in fashion, activewear, or lifestyle retail, with an eye for styling and visual merchandising.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Uluwatu.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail for stock management, point-of-sale accuracy, and store presentation.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-focused roles is preferred
- Fluency in English is required
