Job Description
- Act as the main liaison between the production team, vendors, and warehouse
- Handle sourcing activities and manage vendor relationships
- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes
- Ensure production timelines and stock availability are aligned with launch schedules
- Coordinate fulfillment planning with warehouse partners
- Monitor inventory flow to support smooth product availability
- Support reporting, cost control, and efficiency across the supply chain
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Supply Chain, Fashion, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, merchandising, or production.
- Previous experience in the fashion or garment industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills with both vendors and internal teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsive to production timelines and stock availability
