Responsibilities:
- Design and develop seasonal collections aligned with brand identity.
- Research trends, fabrics, and materials.
- Create sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings.
- Collaborate with production and marketing teams.
- Oversee sample development and fittings.
- Ensure quality, cost, and timeline targets are met.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in fashion or apparel industry.
- Strong creativity and trend awareness.
- Proficiency in design tools.
- Good understanding of fabrics, construction, and production processes.
- Detail-oriented and able to work under deadlines.
- Full-time WFO based in Bandung.
