Job description for Fashion Designer at PT Top Intera Jaya
Key Responsibilities:
Design women's bags from initial concept to final prototype, including sketches, material selection, and specifications.
Conduct trend research and market analysis to ensure designs are aligned with current fashion trends and consumer demands.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure design feasibility and quality execution.
Develop mood boards, color palettes, and design presentations.
Create and maintain a strong portfolio of innovative bag designs.
Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines, cost targets, and functional requirements.
Qualifications:
Degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, or a related field. (Preferred Degree in Fashion Product Designer)
Minimum 1 year of experience in fashion or accessories design
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.
Strong understanding of materials, textures, construction, and bag-making techniques.
Creative, detail-oriented, and up-to-date with fashion and accessory trends.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A compelling portfolio showcasing original bag designs (Required).
