About the role
Beatrice Clothing, a leading fashion brand, is seeking a talented Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team in our West Jakarta, Jakarta office. As a Fashion Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and aesthetic of our collections, contributing to the company's continued success and growth within the fashion industry.
What you'll be doing
- Conceptualise and design innovative, on-trend fashion pieces that align with the brand's vision and target market
- Collaborate with the product development team to transform design concepts into final products
- Stay informed of the latest fashion trends, colours, and materials to inform your design process
- Participate in the development of technical drawings, specifications, and prototypes
- Work closely with the merchandising and production teams to ensure seamless execution of designs
- Contribute to the development of the seasonal collections and support the delivery of high-quality products
- Able to make sketch and familiar with pattern
What we're looking for
- A degree in Fashion Design or a related field
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in the apparel industry
- Strong understanding of textile materials, garment construction, and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Excellent sketching and illustration skills to bring your design ideas to life
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet tight deadlines
- Keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning, commercially viable fashion designs
