Responsibilities
Research global fashion trends, seasonal themes, colors, fabrics, and market movements
Develop fashion concepts and commercial collections aligned with international brand standards
Create sketches, mood boards, technical drawings, and design specifications
Collaborate with merchandising, buying, and production teams
Select suitable fabrics, trims, and materials for each collection
Monitor sample development, fitting sessions, and product quality
Ensure collections meet brand identity, customer preferences, and market demand
Participate in product development discussions and seasonal planning
Support styling direction for campaigns, catalogues, and product presentations
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design or related field
Minimum 1–3 years experience in fashion retail or apparel industry
Strong understanding of international fashion trends and commercial fashion market
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related design software
Strong creativity, aesthetic sense, and attention to detail
Able to work in fast-paced retail environment and meet deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills
Portfolio submission is mandatory
Experience handling international fashion brands will be an advantage
