WE'RE HIRING — FASHION DESIGNER
What You'll Do
• Develop collections from concept to final product, including research, mood boards, and sketching.
• Create designs that align with our brand identity, including silhouettes, fabric selection, color palettes, and design details.
• Create sketches, patterns, grading, and oversee sample development and revisions.
• Conduct quality control with garment manufacturers.
• Source fabrics, trims, and other materials from suppliers.
• Produce technical drawings and tech packs/spec sheets for production.
• Manage the sampling process and revisions.
• Research and analyze fashion trends, then translate them into designs that fit our brand DNA.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign concepts, creative direction, and styling.
Requirements
• Female, 20–29 years old.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Strong understanding of style, silhouettes, garment construction, and fabrics.
• Able to create fashion sketches (manual or digital).
• Up to date with fashion trends while able to interpret them into our brand DNA.
• A portfolio is required.
• Able to manage timelines and ensure all designs are completed according to the production schedule.
