WE’RE HIRING — FASHION DESIGNER (PROJECT BASED)
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our team in developing artisan-based contemporary collections.
Qualifications:
* Female
* Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design
* 1–3 years of experience in fashion design
* Based in Jakarta
* Able to work hybrid with our office located in Panglima Polim, South Jakarta
* Strong understanding of the fashion design process from concept to production
* Able to design both menswear and womenswear with a basic, casual, timeless, and minimalist aesthetic
* Strong design sensibility with attention to detail and functionality
* Able to create basic patterns and pattern development
* Understanding of garment construction, fitting, and sewing techniques
* Able to create technical drawings and tech packs
* Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
* Understanding of fabrics, silhouettes, color exploration, and textile development
* Good communication and time management skills
* Able to work independently and collaboratively
* Interest and understanding in batik, artisan textiles, and sustainable fashion is a plus
Job Description:
* Develop collection concepts and design directions
* Create moodboards, color palettes, and seasonal design development
* Design menswear and womenswear aligned with the brand’s minimalist and timeless identity
* Create sketches, technical drawings, and tech packs
* Develop patterns and conduct fitting sessions
* Coordinate with production team and artisans
* Ensure samples meet design and brand standards
* Conduct trend, fabric, and material research for collection development
