Job description for Fashion designer Production Manager at Henri Winata Bespoke Menswear
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan daily & weekly production schedule
- Manage workflow (pattern → cutting → sewing → fitting → finishing)
- Assign tasks to tailors, cutters, finishers
- Monitor progress of all orders
- Ensure all deadlines are met
- Identify and solve production delays
- Maintain quality control for all garments
- Coordinate with designer & assistant team
- Update and manage tracking system (Google Sheets)
- Ensure each item has clear status & location
- Manage production capacity & workload
- Ensure materials are ready before production
- Improve workflow efficiency
Requirements:
- Experience in fashion production (especially designers)
- Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented & organized
- Able to manage team and deadlines
- Familiar with spreadsheets (Google Sheets)
- Disciplined and responsible
