Job description for Fashion Designer Intern at DENIMITUP HAM! JEANSKU

Here are the essential skills that we're looking for the fashion design internship program:

Garment Construction & Sewing: Understand how a garment is put together. Understand the basic proficiency in hand-sewing and operating industrial sewing machines.

Technical Sketching & Flat Drawing: Have the ability to create "flats" (2D technical drawings) for communicating designs to factories or pattern makers.

Fabric Knowledge: Know the difference between a knit and a woven, and have a basic understanding of drape, weight, and fiber content.

Adobe Creative Suite: Specifically Illustrator (for technical flats and CADs) and Photoshop (for mood boards and print development).

Attention to Detail: Someone who notices stray threads, incorrect grainlines, or typos in a spec sheet.

Trend Research & Curation: Have the ability to pull relevant imagery for mood boards that align with our brand aesthetic, not just for personal style.

Organization: Managing a "fabric library" or keeping track of samples.

Qualification:

Current Degree Path: Enrollment in a BFA or Associate degree program in Fashion Design, Apparel Development, or Textile Design.

Portfolio: A digital or physical portfolio is the most important qualification.

Pada tahun 2017, didorong oleh rasa ingin tahunya untuk berkembang lebih jauh, ia mulai belajar tentang "STITCHING" pada denim. Dengan komitmen dan tekad, ia mengembangkan industri retailnya di Kota Bekasi. Pada akhir tahun 2020, ia membuka semi workshop atau pabrik garmen mini pertamanya untuk mereknya sendiri yaitu Denimitup. Denimitup selalu dikenal dengan Logo huruf H berwarna merah yang menjadi ciri khas dan tiga logo Denimitup yaitu tri-logo (zigzag, H logo, dan tanda seru) pada semua denimnya.
