Job description for Fashion Designer - Full Time/Internship at Nomowears
Responsibilities:
- Create a concept sketch, technical drawing, trend research and technical packages (tech-pack) on products
- Open for discussion and collaboration with pattern maker and production team
- Eye for aesthetics and color
- Evaluate product design before being mass produced
- Able to evaluate the market needs and trends
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and achieve the monthly target
- Understand quality and usage of fabrics as well as production processes
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Prior experience in womenswear or related fashion industry is preferred
- Growth-oriented and willingness to grow and learn and a high sense of ownership
- Understand the garment construction and garment process
- High creativity and passionate in creating a unique fashion pieces
