Risum sedang mencari talenta kreatif yang menyukai proses di balik terciptanya sebuah produk fashion — dari ide, desain, hingga pola digital.

Job Description

• Mengembangkan ide produk baru

• Menerjemahkan desain menjadi pola digital (pattern making)

• Membuat dan mengoreksi sample bersama tim produksi

• Melakukan riset tren, material, dan konstruksi produk

• Mengoptimalkan fitting dan efisiensi pola untuk produksi

• Berkolaborasi dengan tim desain dan produksi

Kualifikasi

• Memiliki pengalaman di bidang fashion / garment minimal 2 tahun

• Menguasai pembuatan pola digital (Gerber / Optitex / Clo / sejenisnya)

• Memahami konstruksi pakaian dan proses sampling

• Teliti, kreatif, dan problem solver

• Memiliki ketertarikan pada pengembangan produk fashion

Nilai Plus

• Pernah bekerja di brand fashion / work wear

• Memahami grading size dan efisiensi marker
