Job description for Fashion Design at Miss Nomi

Tugas dan tanggung jawab :

Melakukan riset pasar untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelanggan

Meneliti tren mode saat ini

Menciptakan desain yang berpotensi winning dan selaras dengan hasil riset

Membuat material plan (HPP, HJP, Fabric consumption)

Mendampingi tim produksi dalam mempersiapkan produksi masal

Berkolaborasi dengan anggota tim marketing untuk menyusun strategi campaign, tim produksi untuk mempersiapkan produksi masal

Mempresentasikan koleksi kepada BoD & Sales Marketing

Menyusun laporan development dan performa tim secara berkala tiap minggu

Memimpin proses development sampel

Memimpin project seasonal

Kualifikasi :
Gelar Sarjana dalam Desain Mode atau bidang terkait dengan usia maksimal 30 tahun

Pengalaman di Fashion retail atau brand minimal 2 tahun

Kemampuan artistik yang kuat

Keterampilan desain dan sketsa yang sangat baik

Pengetahuan tentang tren mode

Perhatian terhadap detail

Kemampuan komunikasi dan kerja sama tim yang baik

Kemampuan dalam perangkat lunak desain seperti Adobe Illustrator/Corel Draw/Adobe Photoshop

Founded in 2014, at first, the Miss Nomi brand was named Nomimonday which specifically sells work clothes. However, since 2017, the NomiMonday brand has been rebranded under the name Missnomi and focuses on selling party dresses.

Miss Nomi is a brand that engaged in fashion industry, mostly selling women's party attire. Our dresses can be used for formal occasions such as, wedding party, graduation ceremony, birthday party, company celebration, bridesmaid uniform, etc.

Currently, Misssnomi has approximately 300 thousand followers on Instagram, and 290 thousand followers on TikTok.
