As our Fashion Design Intern Candidate , you will be an essential part of our creative team, assisting in the development of the #2025Collection for Indonesia Fashion Week this mid of the year.

This role offers hands-on experience in the fashion industry, from design conceptualization to execution and event preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the CEO in preparing for the #2025Collection showcase at Indonesia Fashion Week.
• Collaborate with the team members to brainstorm and finalise design concepts, ensuring they align with the brand's vision and cultural heritage.
• In-charge for the technical drawings. Illustrate 2D and 3D fashion sketches both manually and using digital tools.
• Develop prototype mock-ups to visualize the final designs.
• Participate in fabric and material sourcing, ensuring quality and consistency with the brand's standards.
• Assist in garment production processes.
• Help manage samples and track production progress.
• Support wardrobe management as a fitter during backstage sessions and fashion events.
• Conduct trend research and mood board creation to inspire upcoming collections.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Fashion Design or related program.
• Proficiency in fashion design software (Adobe Illustrator,Photoshop, Procreate).
• Strong skills in fashion sketching (2D & 3D), technical drawing, and prototype development.
• Basic sewing and pattern-making skills.
• Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for ethnic and cultural fashion.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Good sense in visual branding & packaging
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on diverse tasks.
• Previous experience as a wardrobe fitter or in backstage fashion management is a plus.
