Job description for Fashion Design Freelance at Kaiahati

Requirements :

Minimum D3/S1 in Fashion Design / Ready-To-Wear Fashion.

Creative and passionate about the fashion industry.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Ready-To-Wear Minimalist Fashion Brand.

Excellent attention to product details.

Strong communication skills and fluent in English.

Has strong aesthetic sense and visual taste.

Proficient in design software (Canva, CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)

Able to work based on targets and deadlines.

Able to collaborate and work well within a team.

Responsibilities :

Create a monthly moodboard complete with storyline, concept, design direction, and product details.

Develop 8–12 new product designs per month, from sketch to final master sample ready for production (either inhouse or at vendor/garment).

Conduct sample review sessions and attend weekly briefings at the office at least 2x per week.

Update and maintain the Sample Status document every week.

Prepare a monthly report covering work progress and ongoing fashion trends.
