Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update operation data, fitting data, and database accurately.
- Ensure all data entries are precise and timely.
- Measure clients' body patterns accurately.
- Convert body measurements into appropriate clothing sizes.
- Handle and understand various forms used in the tailoring process, create and maintain accurate tailoring notes and invoices.
- Coordinate timelines and specifications with tailors, ensure clear communication of client requirements and tailoring details.
- Manage returns and adjustments if there are errors or defects, perform quality control on finished garments.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace, ensure proper packaging and storage of client items.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client queries promptly.
- Conduct virtual fittings and adjustments.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) with proven experience in tailoring coordination or fashion field.
- Extra points if you can speak English and Digital Savvy.
- Strong understanding of measurement techniques and tailoring specifications.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage and organize data accurately.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
