R&D Intern

Role Summary

Support R&D activities through basic measurements, data collection, and small-scale development projects. The role aims to identify candidates with potential for future R&D leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct basic measurements and collect crop or quality data.
Record and manage data accurately using established procedures.
Participate in small research and development projects.
Test ideas, report findings, and support improvements.
Learn through hands-on tasks and feedback.

Requirements

Strong interest in research, analysis, and VAI’s business.
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and follow instructions.
Curious, analytical, and detail-oriented.
Background in agriculture, engineering, biology, or related fields is preferred.
Basic Excel and data analysis skills are a plus.
No prior work experience or advanced technical skills required.
