Job description for Factory Manager - Asst at PT Kruger Ventilation Indonesia

Role

▪️ Drive daily factory operations to meet production & delivery targets

▪️ Lead coordination across Engineering, Supply Chain, QA, and Maintenance

▪️ Monitor & improve KPIs (productivity, efficiency, quality)

▪️ Handle troubleshooting & root cause analysis

▪️ Drive Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives

▪️ Support maintenance planning & reduce downtime

Qualification

✔ 5–8 years experience in manufacturing (hands-on role)

✔ Strong background in mechanical / electrical / fabrication / assembly

✔ Proven experience working on the shop floor (not only reporting role)

✔ Strong understanding of production flow & cross-functional operations

✔ Experience in Lean Manufacturing / TPS / TPM / Six Sigma

✔ Familiar with ISO standards & factory audits

✔ Strong execution, leadership, and problem-solving mindset
