Job Description
1. Manage and monitor daily facility operations to ensure project and office activities run smoothly.
2. Handle asset and inventory management, including recording, monitoring, and controlling company assets.
3. Manage procurement activities, from identifying operational needs to coordinating purchasing processes.
4. Coordinate and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding facility and operational requirements.
5. Prepare and monitor operational budgets and cost control to ensure efficient use of resources.
6. Handle facility-related administration, documentation, and periodic reporting.
7. Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, including coordinating and escalating issues to relevant parties when required.
8. Conduct site visits and field coordination according to project requirements and ensure operational needs are properly fulfilled.
9. Monitor vendor performance and ensure services are delivered according to agreed requirements and standards.
10. Support other Facility Management and General Affairs operational activities as required.
Requirement
1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in Facility Management, General Affairs, Administration, Procurement, or a related position.
3. Good understanding of facility operations, asset & inventory management, procurement, and vendor administration.
4. Possess budgeting and cost control skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
6. Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and vendor/client coordination skills.
7. Demonstrate strong ownership and sense of urgency, with the ability to work in a dynamic operational environment.
8. Must possess a valid SIM A and/or SIM C driving license and be willing to travel frequently according to project requirements.
9. Have English language proficiency, with at least passive proficiency.
