Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Support & Branch Oversight
- Daily Audits: Assist the Facility Manager in conducting daily "walk-throughs" to ensure courts, lighting, locker rooms, and café areas meet brand standards.
- Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and supervise routine maintenance (e.g., court resurfacing, AC servicing, plumbing) to ensure zero downtime for members.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement and stock levels of facility supplies, cleaning materials, and sports equipment.
2. Strategic Implementation
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in daily operations and suggest strategies to improve efficiency and reduce utility costs (electricity, water, etc.).
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends (e.g., eco-friendly facility tech, smart lighting) to keep the facility modern and competitive.
3. External Relations
- Vendor Management: Negotiate with third-party vendors (security, cleaning, landscaping) and audit their performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Event Support: Partner with the Events/Coaching teams to prepare courts for tournaments, ensuring technical requirements (seating, sound systems, branding) are met.
- Staff Training: Assist in training junior staff on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and the correct use of facility equipment.
5. Compliance & Safety
- Health & Safety (K3): Ensure all branches comply with local safety regulations and that first aid kits and fire extinguishers are regularly inspected.
Reporting: Prepare weekly operational logs and incident reports for the Facility Manager, highlighting areas that require immediate budget or attention.
