ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
StaffConnect is supporting the recruitment process on behalf of a professional beauty and wellness business that is currently looking for a **Female SPA Therapist specializing in facial treatments.
This position is open to female candidates with hands-on facial treatment experience, including those with less than one year of experience, who are eager to learn and develop their skills in modern skincare treatments.
Experience with Hydrafacial technology and result-driven facial treatments will be a strong advantage.
This role is ideal for women who are passionate about beauty, skin health, and client care, and who want to develop their careers in the professional beauty and wellness industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform professional facial treatments according to company SOPs and hygiene standards.
- Analyze clients’ skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments.
- Operate facial treatment equipment. Hydrafacial experience is an advantage.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the treatment room.
- Ensure proper sanitation, sterilization, and safety procedures are followed.
- Build positive and professional relationships with clients.
- Provide basic skincare consultations and recommend suitable products.
- Support daily spa operations when required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a SPA Therapist, preferably with a focus on facial treatments.
- Hands-on experience performing facial treatments is required.
- Hydrafacial experience is a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of skin types, skin conditions, and skincare products.
- Knowledge of hygiene and sterilization standards.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Based in Ungasan or surrounding areas, such as Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Pecatu.
- Own personal transportation for work mobility.
- Professional appearance with a strong customer service mindset.
- Communicative and confident when interacting with clients.
- Willingness to learn and follow company SOPs and standards.
